Here at UpOut, we love to run marketing experiments. In this presentation, (originally presented at Optimizely), we talk about how UpOut leverages both qualitative and quantitative data to drive our testing strategy.
We use tools like Zendesk and Qualaroo to gather qualitative feedback that feeds into our experiment pipeline. And in this case, we use Optimizely to execute a number of experiments based on this feedback to great success. Furthermore, we actually kind of use Optimizely as a product hack, allowing us to "test" a new product idea before we actually build it.
Body & Fit is één van de snelst groeiende webwinkels van Nederland. Het Heereveense bedrijf in sportvoeding, voedingssupplementen en dieetproducten zag de omzet in vier jaar tijd verviervoudigen. Hoe zorg je ervoor dat je klantenservice team meegroeit, dat je steeds betere service blijft leveren en maximaal rendement haalt uit klantenservice?
