???Dancing with all the Stars??? Kirstie Alley on miscarriage, infidelity and Maks - St. Louis TV
'Dancing with all the Stars' favorite Kirstie Alley appeared on ABC's Entertainment Tonight (ET)
Monday night Nov. 5 to advertise her new book, 'The Art of Men.' As part of the promotion, she sat
down with 'ET's' Chris Jacobs to debate cheating for my child first husband, her miscarriage and her
partner on "Dancing using the Stars: All-Stars' Maks Chmerkovskiy.Kirstie met her first husband, a
distant cousin, while both were in senior high school. She was just 16 at the time. She married Bob
Alley four years later as well as the marriage lasted seven years. The couple gone to live in
California and Kirstie was fascinated by the beach life and also the attention she got.She met a male
named 'Jake' and fell in love. She said that to her, this was worse than physical infidelity. Her love
life with Bob had waned and she viewed becoming a 'looming task' where she 'wouldn't participate.'
She says she didn't sleep with Jake but she kissed him understanding that was worse. To fall in love
with someone while you are somebody else is awful. She destroyed her marriage.Later, while
married to second husband, Parker Stevenson, Kirstie suffered a miscarriage in pregnancy while
using couple's first child. Chris Jacobs asked Kirstie how she felt once the doctor informed her the
infant had no heartbeat. She replied, 'I had no heartbeat.'Parker was out of town back then and
Kirstie was devastated. She spent hours just on a park bench. 'All the life just sheds of you.' She
credits her cast mates on the show 'Cheers' with pulling her by using their difficult experience,
particularly Rhea Perlman. In Kirstie's book, 'The Art of Men,' she has dedicated a chapter to her
'Dancing with the Stars' partner, Maks Chmerkovskiy. Chris Jacobs asked Maks what he thinks of
the chapter entitled 'The Art of Maks.' It seems the rough-around-the-edges dancer hasn't make out
the print. When asked why, he confided he's afraid to see clearly. You can see the couple dance
together in their latest outing within the video on the left.'ET' airs on ABC at 6:30 p.m., Monday
through Friday. Southern Illinois fans can tune in on ABC's channel 3 WSIL to trap it. To see
'Dancing using the Stars,' pay attention at 7 p.m. on Monday nights per week for that competition
