Through its outreaches this year, the organization provided medical care and other assistance to over 2,000 people in two Colombian states. It celebrated the 15th birthday of Miryaenith, a young woman who came to the ministry after her parents were killed by insurgents when she was an infant. The organization also saw one of its youth, Kevin Valencia Waitoto, chosen as one of the best flautists in Medellin. Additionally, two children from the organization had the opportunity to visit sponsors in Sweden and share their testimonies. The organization is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year.

Sara spent 6 months in South Africa participating in a Missions Discipleship Training program. The program included an assessment of her relationship with God, rural outreach work with a local church in Lesotho, inner city outreach in Pretoria working with people experiencing homelessness and abuse, learning about other world faiths, a secret mobilization training week, and a GO Challenge trip to a township where her team worked with children. Sara felt blessed by her experiences and wants to return to Africa to continue her outreach work through the organization AIDS Hope. She provides contact information for people to partner with her through prayer, letters of support, or financial donations.

Working with Oasis International will allow the family to help refugees in both St. Louis and Ghana. They are seeking financial support from churches and individuals to make this vision a reality.

- 1. Dear Family and Friends, 2014 was a huge success for us this year. Diana and I love serving the Lord. No matter where He has us go to serve. This past year we witnessed to many people (between5000 and 10,000). And we touched their livesas much as they had touched our lives.We collected clothes, bedding, food and took them to the homeless where they live,whether in empty houses or in the woods. We had furniture donated to us which we then gave to the familiesthat had need of them. We would buy breakfast for people when we seen they were hungry. We would then share God’s Word with them. $10 for gas, here and there, to helpa mom that had just put $5 in her car to get her kids to school and so she could go to work. We buy bibles to give to people that don’t have one and we still keep in touch with them to see how they are doing. When out we ask our waiter or waitress what we could pray for them about. It brought about many great conversations. These are just a very few things that we do. As many of you know, Diana works at Words to Works Ministry part time as the mission trip coordinator. We have enjoyed meeting so many new friends at Words to Works. I work at a Christian School for 10 months and am off during the summer months. As a teacher at a private school, you can imagine the pay is quite low. When no churches come to do mission trips, Diana’s hours get cut way back which causes us a loss of income. We are asking for your prayers and for you to seekwhat God has laid on your heart as to how you can help us out. We love helpingothers as the Bible tellsus to do: and it touches our hearts when we can. Our ministry van is 13 years old and with it comes maintenance needs (i.e.transmission, brakes, tires, etc) and gas adds up with all the mileswe travel to get to the mission. All donations will receive a non-profit receipt. As for now, God has placed us at Words to Works Ministry. We are always in tune with listeningto God and will go where ever He wants us to go. We had over 200 people show up for our Christmas celebration of the birth of Jesus.
