WVB Centuria GmbH has signed a contract to manage the property of an 84-property residential and commercial property portfolio in North Rhine-Westphalia owned by a Norwegian-Swedish fund. The portfolio contains approximately 85,000 square meters spread across several locations in NRW. WVB Centuria has been managing a selected portfolio for the fund since July 2012 and now takes over property management of the entire 84-property portfolio from Treureal Property Management GmbH. WVB Centuria is a property and asset management firm with 90 employees across 8 offices managing approximately 23,000 residential units and 500 commercial properties nationwide.

• Berlin-based company has been managing selected real estate portfolio for Norwegian-Swedish

• Administration of a total 84 properties at several locations in NRW
Berlin, August 2012 – WVB Centuria, a nationwide service provider of property and asset
management on behalf of third parties, has taken over the property management of 84
residential and commercial properties of approximately 85,000 square metres. The
properties belong to a Norwegian-Swedish fund that invests mainly in residential real estate.
The properties are spread over several sites in North Rhine-Westphalia. Until June 2012
property management of these properties was in the hands of Treureal Property
Management GmbH, Mannheim.
