1. When two resistances are connected in parallel its equivalent resistance is 30Ω
and same resistances are connected in series its equivalent resistance is 160Ω.
Then find value of each resistance.
2. Use of electricity in home shown as bellow. Per unit cost 3 Rs. Find electricity bill
for 30 days.
1. 40W 4 tube light use 6 Hr. every day
2. 2000W heater use 0.5 Hr. every day
3. 500W pump use 0.5 Hr. every day
4. 60W 3 fan use 7 Hr. every day
3. Solve fig (1) using thevenin’s theorem.
4. Solve fig (2) using Norton’s theorem.
5. Conductor has 5 mm diameter & 10 m length. Conductance of conductor is
115.5 simence. find conductivity of conductor.
