Call Center operations: DIL has accelerated well to establish no current complaint
management system for Department for Energy under Government of Rajasthan. DIL is handling
8 call centers under various discoms. DIL is also operating Call Centers for Bharat Sanchar
Nigam Limited (BSNL) for Rajasthan and Uttaranchal.

4. Spot Billing Project: DIL is executing the spot billing project for Department for Energy
under Government of Rajasthan for Jaipur Discom. The project includes design, development
and implementation of application software for computerized Spot bill generation. Providing
Services for operation of the system include spot bill generation at subdivision level as daily
activity, meter reading, generation of energy bills and distribution thereof on the spot. The
project also includes system administration at each server level i.e. Discom and circle level.
Ranthambore National Park: We have developed a portal for Rajasthan Tourism and
Development Corporation (RTDC) by means of which tourist can have most authentic and up-to-
date information about Rajasthan and we are working very closely with them to bring all the
hotels and resorts over the portal, so that tourist can plan his/her stay in Rajasthan at a click of
mouse sitting anywhere round the globe. By means of this portal we are managing the online
bookings for the safari to the Ranthambore National Park.
North Western Railways: We are handling various projects of NWR on Turnkey basis. These
include providing Internet services and network administration and maintenance at NWR
headquarters. We are also maintaining oracle based web applications like “ITAS and PRIME” of
the department. The maintenance works include updating database and performing day to day
operations related to the application. All these operations are being carried over by dedicated
software and networking professionals deployed at the IT centre at NWR headquarters.
Department of Tourism: Data Infosys Limited provides services to Department of Tourism
that includes Designing, Development and maintenance of Web Portal. The web portal project
includes hosting, maintenance and marketing of the portal. Networking, Email solutions,
Application Development, online e-payment gateway etc is also included in the project. We
managed 24 x 7 chat supports for all the visitors coming on web portal and also managed all
hotel bookings and other necessary works which help the tourism to grow more effectively in

Dr. Ajay Kumar Data, CEO - MD
Dr Ajay Data is the techno savvy Head of Data Infosys Ltd. He pursued his MBA in
Computer Sciences from Newport University, USA and PhD in Electronic Data Processing
from Netherlands. He also holds a diploma course in 'System Analysis & Design‟ from

Deepak Data is Director (Business Development) of Data Infocom Ltd. and is looking after
