1. Dark before the Dawn
We walk along, sure we know what’s what
bravely acting strong, knowing what we want
Somehow we think
that we will be immune from pain,
We want so much,
To be safe, to feel wonder and be strong
To separate the Dark from the Dawn,
But this can not be for they are part of the whole
Just like giving birth to a child
There’s a mess and then WOW!
So don’t worry about the Dark
It’s all part of the process
that makes the Dawn so Bright!
One day soon you will see
So much light, you’ll thank your lucky stars
That you had some dark
light by itself is nothing at all
At least in this plane

2. It’s the contrast between the dark and light that creates you and me
So enjoy the pain, as you so eloquently say
For it’s part of the BRIGHT dawn that is coming for thee~!
