 Develop partnerships with third parties and external organizations for increasing the product
portfolio and market share.
 Directly involved in product registration process and developing new product portfolio.
 Responsible for product pricing strategy, business policies, credit control register/collections and
working capital management.
 Keeping abreast of changes in the marketplace and watching competitor activity.
 Yearly promotional budget planning and its implementation.
 Constantly review and analyze the performance of products and manpower to increase efficiency
in business and give accurate feedback to the management.
