1. { Professional profile }
I have been using computers since I was seven and have gained an excellent knowledge
in all areas of graphic design, computers and the internet during these twenty years. I am
very involved and passionate about this industry.
I see as one of my major strengths my adaptability and own initiative. I am able to jump
easily from my role as a designer, to a sales man, to software and hardware technician, or
to decision maker. These strengths can also be seen in my entrepreneurship experiences
from whichI have learned much about how companies work and solving problems having
created not only my own design studio but also a high tech company.
I love to work for corporations and I feel very comfortable with any task I am given,
especially in design such as branding, web, or print in large working groups or by own
being an expert using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign.

“Guillermo had proved himself
an outstanding student being
among the class leaders.
I decided for the summer 2002
to call Guillermo to recruit
him to serve as my teaching
assistant. He lead semi-weekly
review sessions, assist with
grading, and offer to work
struggling students one-on-one.
What I did not expect was that
he would spend nearly every
evening in the computer lab,
working with students until
midnight.
I did not invite Guillermo
back for the summer 2003 to
serve as a teaching assistant.
Rather, I asked that he assume
responsability of his own
multimedia, with semi-weekly
lectures in English for more
than twenty students. Suffice
is to say that his course was a
resounding success.”
