2. RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Direct supervision of all civil works.
 Monitor team productivity and inspects all work processes to ensure high quality and safety standards are
being maintained by coordination with site’s foremen.
 Ensure that civil works are undertaken in accordance with the approved procedures and specifications and
that construction is made in accordance with the approved IFC drawings.
 Supervise setting out, leveling and surveying the site.
 Prepare detailed calculations and shop drawings to manage civil related works across the site.
 Ensure that tests and inspections are performed, witnessed, and documented in accordance with approved
procedures, through issuing RFIS
to consultant.
 Follow up all finishing and EMP works and maintaining records.
 Represent the project management when attending progress meetings with client and consultant to discuss
the status of ongoing different site activities.
 Prepare As Built drawings.
 Prepare completion reports of site to submit to project management.
