4. DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES
for Subsection Team Leader (Orthopedic & Plastic )
Maintain Inventory of assigned equipment to all assigned rooms for each
section.
Ensure proper expiration check in all assigned rooms in coordination with in‐
charge of area.
Deep cleaning shall be done by the staff in each section in coordination with
infection control team.
Maintain PPM for all in their assigned rooms.
Anesthesia machines & Ventilators shall be sent for sterilization in periodic
manner in coordination with infection control team and in‐ charge of area.
Ensure all staff are educated and trained in conduction the service appropriately.
Required to develop service, standardize practice , arrange and tidy rooms.
Customize supplies in the rooms( Omnicell & other supplies).
Attends Subsection meeting and communicate appropriately with the Subsection
Heads and other members.
Communicate with supervisor before applying changes.
Reports non –compliant issue, conflicts or difficulties to In –Charges and
Supervisor.
