Diana Cavo is a Greek pastry chef born in Albania in 1971 who has over 15 years of professional experience working in hotels and pastry shops in Greece. She received a degree in Professional Confection Production and Pastry Chef from Le Monde Institute of Hotel and Tourism Studies between 2006-2008 and did an internship at Pastry Hotel King George from 2007-2007. Her work experience includes positions at Titania Hotel, Chatzis, Max Perry, Hass, Asimakopoulou, and Danish Bakery. She is proficient in Greek, Albanian, and has basic knowledge of English and Norwegian.
