It has three plants with a combined capacity of 75,000 tons, focusing on municipal, counterweights, and industrial castings. to over 50 countries. Our products comply with ASTM, EN and Australian
Standards.

We started in 1982 with only a single client in the USA. Today, we have

7. Facilities
 Foundry - As an industry leader, we have comprehensive international
standard production facilities geared to our quest for qualitative
excellence as well as quantitative growth. In our core foundry business,
we are equipped to offer a full range of services ranging from in-house
product development to molding, in-house machining, as well as the
facilities to provide the most stringent product testing.
 High Pressure Moulding - Crescent Foundry’s has a state of the art
plant with Sinto® Flaskless High Pressure Molding Line.
 Vacuum Moulding - Vacuum moulded casting process, also known in
manufacturing industry as the V process, is a casting process that was
developed in Japan around 1970.

10. Recycle
 CRESCENT has been in the fore front in protecting environment from
pollution. It is the first foundry to have ISO 14001:2004.
› Sand - CRESCENT uses Green Sand for molding which suggests that
sand is bonded with water and there is no use of chemicals in the sand.
98% of sand has been recycled.
› Iron Fines - To prevent IRON FINES from getting into soil by land
filling contractors, CRESCENT has installed Briquetting Machine.
