AREAS OF FOCUS
Flexibility:
Increase your mental flexibility by engaging
in creativity exercises. You might be able to
see small changes or shifts in a project you
hadn't noticed before.
Multi-dimensional ideas and
discovery:
You might find the same ideas used
repeatedly if you and your colleagues have
worked in the same field for some time. You
can use creativity exercises to find new
solutions for repetitive problems.
8
HOW WE GET THERE
Accepting
challenges at work:
Work challenges can be viewed
as an opportunity to improve
your mental creativity, rather
than a test that delays your
progress.
You can see new
concepts:
Creative exercises can help you
develop your creativity and
allow you to see objects, ideas,
and problems in a different way.
This can be very beneficial
when you are trying to find a
solution for a business problem.
Enhance teamwork:
Individuals and groups can
improve their teamwork skills
through creativity exercises.
These activities include
communication, problem-
solving, and unity.

SUMMARY
Companies that are able to see the connection between
creativity, innovation, and performance will win in the
market. Creativity is the root of invention and innovation.
A valuable resource is an open mind. You're more likely
than others to be open to new possibilities and creative
thinkers, which will help you stay motivated in your job
and keep your organization ahead of the rest.
Sometimes, a project's success depends on more than
small tweaks and suggestions for new directions.
Someone must produce an innovative, big, and radical
idea.
20XX PRESENTATION TITLE 10
WHAT WE CAN DO
To be creative, you don't need to be artistic. Anyone can create bold and innovative ideas by using the
best thinking tools and adopting a creative approach.
It is easy to get stuck on certain tracks of thought. These "tracks" may seem so familiar that we don’t
realize they’re holding us back. To have new ideas, it is important to let go of the old ways of thinking
and to look for new possibilities.
Be skeptical of Your Preconceptions. You probably bring a list of assumptions to every situation. While
many of these assumptions may be true, challenging them can open up new possibilities.
Rephrase the problem. The way you frame or define your problem can limit creativity. New solutions
may emerge if you approach the problem in a different manner or from a different perspective.
Making new connections is another way to generate ideas. Sometimes the best ideas come almost by
chance. You see or hear something that isn't connected with your situation and it lights up in your
head.
Photo prompts. Pictures can be a powerful way to stimulate creativity. Take any image and connect it
to your problem. Then, look for new possibilities.
