reFlects
on spring
semester
“The CRC has been busy this semester
with a variety of activities to promote
our well-being as individuals and as
a group, with the focus primarily on
bonding as a family. We started off the
semester by gaining 3 new members and
have been busy helping them join the
family ever since. In February, we took
a weekend camping trip to Tishomingo,
where we not only had the opportunity
to grow as a group, but also to flourish
our relationship with other CRCs
from both Alabama and Ole Miss. We
also took on Get Out Starkville, as a
team building exercise for our weekly
seminar meeting. We even had our first
ever CRC date night just last week
where we were paired up with someone
we may not know as well in the group
and had a one-on-one dinner. This gave
us each the opportunity to strengthen
relationships that we may not have
been able to without that assignment.
We never fail to maintain the close-
knit relationships and bond that makes
us a family.” - Emily epps
