En el presente documento se solicito la aprobación de los TDR de la Carretera: Casma-Huaraz-Huari-Huacaybamba-Jircan-Monzón-Tingo María por la modalidad de Conservación por Niveles de Servicio y la aprobación del Estudio de Perfil de la Carretera: Pucallpa-Cruzeiro Do Soul (Brasil) a la OPI; quien lo ha rechazado este último estudio contradiciendose ya que primero lo rechaza y después los pospone, pese a que cuenta con la viabilidad y aprobación de todas las áreas competentes de PROVIAS Nacional.

Después de algunas reuniones técnicas realizadas últimamente con el fin de ini...ciar la consolidación del CORREDOR ECONOMICO BIOCEANICO NORCENTRAL DEL PERU "CASMA - HUARAZ - HUARI - MONZON - TINGO MARIA - PUCALLPA - CRUZEIRO DO SOUL (BRASIL)" y siendo necesario para lograr este noble fin la CONSTRUCCION Y MEJORAMIENTO DE LA CARRETERA "PUENTE POMACHACA - PUENTE COPUMA - PUENTE COLLOTA - CHAPACARA - MONZON - TINGO MARIA", tramo faltante de solo 230 kilómetros aproximadamente de dicho corredor. De los cuales 80 kilómetros corresponden a construcción de carretera nueva. Por lo que nos hemos dado la firme tarea de iniciar una cruzada para conseguir la atención de todas las Autoridades y los pobladores de las regiones involucradas, con el fin de gestionar ante los organismos pertinentes la ejecución de esta importantísima vía; para lo cual necesitamos la participación de todos y cada uno de nosotros, de los órganos organizados y de todo ente que quiera apoyar en la consecución de tan extraordinario fin. Cabe recalcar que esta carretera troncal de penetración transversal a la selva norcentral del Perú y Brasil; con el agregado adicional de ser la vía mas corta de salida de Brasil al océano pacifico en territorio peruano; va ha permitir a nuestros pueblos lograr un desarrollo sostenido amplio por las múltiples actividades económicas que se van a promover una vez consolidado la construcción y mejoramiento de dicha vía. Tambien se tendría en cuenta la Creación de un Megapuerto en la Provincia del Santa lo cual movería la actividad económica en las tres Regiones con el Vecino del País de Brasi, lo cual movería generaría un impacto económica con la creación de puestos de trabajo y la actividad comcercial. En la espera que esta iniciativa tenga el eco necesario y cale muy profundamente en la conciencia de nuestra población
