The students are requesting permission from Atlantic Records to use the song "Where Are Ü Now" by Jack Ü ft. Justin Bieber in a music video they are creating for a school Media Studies coursework project. They assure the record label that the video will only be viewed by their class and teacher and will give full recognition to Atlantic Records and the artists. We are A-Level Media Studies students and we are writing in regards
using one of the latest tracks by Skrillex and Diplo (Jack Ü) ft. Justin
Bieber. This track wewould like to use, is Where AreÜ Now.
With your authorisation, we would gladly use this music video within
educational context for our Media Studies coursework. We have been
informed to make a music video to a track of our choice. We have
chosen this song in particular, as it is a song we feel that our target
audiencewould enjoy.
If we received your consent, we would use this song ONLY where our
Media project is concerned. It will only be viewed by our Media class,
and OCR exam moderator, and will not be viewed by other people or
a large audience.
Your company and the artists will be fully recognized through the
final video. We won’t claim any rights to this song as it is only used
for the sake for our Mediawork.
