TOWARDS THE SOCIAL WELFARE
Rakesh Rajdev – is a businessman and also a person who believes that offering services to needy people and
families is the key to living a life full of contentment. This genetic trait of helping others in society was passed
on to Rakesh from his late father Pratap rai Rajdev.
Rakesh Bhai Rajdev has been raised under the valuable system of his late father. Having his late father as his
great motivation, Rakesh started to walk on the path of supporting social welfare. First, he started to contribute
more towards social welfare on his own but after a few years, he started a social welfare organization namely
Kanuda Mitra Mandal and has been running the NGO successfully for about more than 11+ years.
Rakesh understood that poverty is a social problem and it is the reason for multiple deprivations and it causes
people to remain aloof from certain basic needs to enjoy life. Having seen people suffering to fulfil their basic
needs in life, Rakesh was determined to support needy people and families.
With his father as an inspiration, he dedicated himself to removing poverty from society. Till now, he has taken
many social welfare projects through his NGO. With this, he has become a great inspiration and motivation for
many youngsters and people in India.

2. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic time, he supported the people in the best way through his
organization. Rakesh Rajdev understood that many people would suffer due to the lockdown. Hence he quickly
took a great step with his social welfare organization.
For the labourers and daily wagers who were stuck in their work location, Rakesh Rajdev arranged the best
transportation option so that they can reach their home town safely. For the individuals, he offered food
packages and snacks. For the kids who were travelling on the bus, he also offered snacks, toys and food
packages so that they will be entertained until they reach their hometown.
Apart from these, a large number of food packages and grocery packages were sent through 34 trains along
with sanitizers to the people’s hometowns. In this way, Rakesh Rajdev ensured that people don’t suffer from
hunger issues. Also, all the things were packed safely so that it will not further cause COVID-19 spread.
Rakesh Rajdev also understood that medical centres and hospitals were also facing more struggles. They were

sanitizing kits and other necessary medical equipment. Also, for the frontline heroes and paramedical staff,
Rakesh Rajdev also offered luxurious rooms.
Rakesh Bhai Rajdev is a great believer of increasing the literacy rate in society is important for the development
of the country. But he felt sad about the students who discontinue their studies due to poverty. Hence for those
deserving kids from Grade 1 to Grade 9, he offered educational kits which contain school bags, notebooks,
water bottles, lunch boxes and other necessary stationery items.
