The contingency plan outlines three levels (Plan A, B, C) to address potential issues with not having enough actors, costumes that do not match the theme, or props being unsuitable. Plan A is to make do with what is available through framing or using attendees. Plan B involves asking others or removing problematic elements. Plan C is rescheduling if the issues cannot be addressed on the day.

• Use the people who attends, if there is a suitable amount of
actors attend the shoot.
• Ask the people in the other side of the pub if they would
mind being the background cast.
• I would film what I could with the people that attend.
• Reschedule the shoot for another day, and use the day for
good practise.

3. Costumes – If people dress
inappropriately for what I want in the
set.

• I would use the few people to sit behind tables and use them as background cast.
• Manipulate framing in order to have them less on shot if it is obvious and doesn’t
match the relevant themes.
• I would have to use framing to ensure they aren’t obvious in the video.
• Tell them to wear overcoats or jackets.
• Still film and practice what would happen in the music video, and maybe
reschedule another shoot another day when everyone’s dress more
appropriately.

4. Props – Not enough/they brake/not
suitable

• Don’t use the certain props if they don’t suit
• Either use them or not (if they are all not suitable to use)
• Manipulate the framing to show more of the better props
• If they are all unsuitable from the glasses to the hat, don’t use any.
• When evaluating the clips, if it looks to bare reschedule a reshoot
and ensure that all props.
