TherewasaShearCrackthroughandthroughontheRoofSlabwhichwasburiedundertheScreedConcrete.
DuringtheinspectionweDiagnosedtheproblemanddiscussedwiththeOwner.
Methodology:WeopenedthetopscreedandPCCreachedtheMotherSlab. DuringPrePondTestthecrackwas
clearlyvisibletothenakedeye.
DidVGroveCuttingontheCrack,Cleanedthoroughlyusing JetWaterSprayandCompressedAir.
DrilledholeoneithersideofthecrackfilledwithEpoxyandinsertedStaplersandleftfordrying.
NextDaytheentireareawastwicecoatedwithEpoxyandleftfordrying.
PondtestwascarriedontheEpoxyCoatingtoensurethereisnoleakage.
EntireareawasfilledwithscreedmortaraddedwithLiquidWaterProofingChemicalandgiveafinish.

3. The Proposed Treating area was marked.

4. Further sliced to avoid the vibration of Chipping.

5. The Screed Mortar was Chipped using 4 Kg Mechanized Hammer.

6. Pond Testing before Rectifying the problem to ascertain the Crack Visibility.
