Preamble: Mars Enclave is about 5 years old Residential Apartment Complex, Flat No. 307 is the topmost Flat and has water leakage during the rainy season. Builder and Owner has tried multiple types of Water Proofing to arrest leakage.There was a Shear Crack through and through on the Roof Slab which was buried under the Screed Concrete .During the inspection we Diagnosed the problem and discussed with the Owner. Methodology: We opened the top screed and PCC reached the Mother Slab. During Pre Pond Test the crack was clearly visible to the naked eye.Did V Grove Cutting on the Crack, Cleaned thoroughly using Jet Water Spray and Compressed Air.Drilled hole on either side of the crack filled with Epoxy and inserted Staplers and left for drying. Next Day the entire area was twice coated with Epoxy and left for drying.Pond test was carried on the Epoxy Coating to ensure there is no leakage.Entire area was filled with screed mortar added with Liquid Water Proofing Chemical and give a finish.

3. The Proposed Treating area was marked.

4. Further sliced to avoid the vibration of Chipping.

5. The Screed Mortar was Chipped using 4 Kg Mechanized Hammer.

6. Pond Testing before Rectifying the problem to ascertain the Crack Visibility.

13. Staple were placed inside the hole filled with Epoxy.

19. Curing of Treated area with water.

20. Final Pond test for 72 hours to confirm the clean work.

21. Putty and Painting on the interior surface and Project Handover.
