department – less number of employees must cover much more jobs and
obligations than in standrard style!

Very unpopular but very useful for keeping of own market (retention)! It is neccessary to
have very strong employees in midfield ie. in marketing department – all employees must
cover much more jobs and obligations than in standrard style (backward and forward) and
they have to be able to score a goal ie. to sell!
