What others say about us
Our Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution department is the largest litigation practice in Ireland, representing both domestic and
international clients. We are at the forefront of several key Irish Commercial Court cases. We act for a broad range of clients, including banks and
financial institutions, property developers, insurance companies and large multinationals. Our e-discovery platform and capability gives us the ‘edge’
over competitors to manage large discoveries without the need for a third party service provider. Our department provides advice on a number of
specialist areas, including banking and financial services, regulatory, investigatory, energy and environment, corporate restructuring and insolvency,
intellectual property, insurance, healthcare, employment, pensions and benefits, and property litigation. We regularly work in cross-departmental
teams with other areas of the firm to ensure that the firm’s broad range of expertise is available to our clients. Our department is a leader in the
development of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and has five accredited mediators. In addition, senior litigation partners Sharon Daly and Bríd
Munnelly lecture on ADR in order to promote its use in Ireland.
“It is an exceptionally solution-oriented team that is fantastic at
cutting through all the mess and getting to the bottom line.”
