This document lists three classes at International School Manila over three school years, including Clownfish Class in school year 2008-2009, Spider Class in 2009-2010, and Lion Class in 2010-2011.
The Preschool 4 class at International School Manila will be putting on a magic show on February 16, 2010 in the Little Theater. The students came up with the idea after showing interest in magic during free play. They have been working together to brainstorm ideas, make props and costumes, invite family and friends, and rehearse their tricks. The multi-step process and the students' excitement are documented in the presentation. Videos of the actual performance can be viewed at the links provided.
There are millions of dollars in unrealized revenue within companies' existing customer bases that promotional teams can unlock. A case study found a biotech company had $977.7 million in unrealized revenue, achieving only 10% of the opportunity. This untapped revenue is caused by underperformance on 14 metrics across customer targeting, management, commercialization, and support. Revenue optimization tools can analyze customer data to identify unrealized revenue amounts and sources, develop prioritized plans, and track progress through milestones to maximize new revenue from the existing customer base.
This document provides instructions for an activity where students will write directions and provide sketches for how to complete a procedure. It defines key terms like sketch, description, and procedures. It explains that directions come with most products and are needed to ensure tasks are done correctly. Students are asked to brainstorm procedures they could describe and sketch, and then choose one to provide written directions and a sketch for so another student could complete the activity. Assessment questions are included to check understanding.
Activity charts and instructional materials were created by Teacher Karen. The charts and materials were designed to help students learn and develop new skills. They provided visual aids and step-by-step guides to assist students in the classroom.
The document discusses the benefits of exercise for mental health. Regular physical activity can help reduce anxiety and depression and improve mood and cognitive functioning. Exercise causes chemical changes in the brain that may help protect against mental illness and improve symptoms.
1. The document discusses various activities related to analyzing and reflecting on the word "can't", including taking a test on multiple intelligences, writing a police report about the effects of the word "can't", and creating a personal testimony about overcoming a "can't-do" mentality.
2. Students are prompted to consider how the word "can't" may have affected them personally and what they have been able to accomplish despite believing "I can't".
3. The goal appears to be helping students develop a more positive mindset by reflecting on limitations they or others have placed on them and how they have overcome those limitations.

The Experience Trial is a scientifically validated model describing how physicians adopt new products. The program recognizes that the 1st Rx does not equal Success, nor does the 1st Rx equal a Customer and that the 1st Rx certainly does not equal a Decision to Adopt. Furthermore, the model acknowledges that Physicians decide on the desired clinical outcome (patient benefit) before they look at treatment options (Drug A vs. Drug B).

Pharmaceutical Branding: Therapeutic Franchise / Range Brand ModelDavid Delong
The traditional pharmaceutical branding model is flawed strategically, tactically and financially. In this presentation we review the different branding models available to pharma with a focus on the disadvantages of the current pharma Brand as Product model
Closed-loop Marketing - New Product CommercializationDavid Delong
Closed-loop marketing uses evidence-based decision making and real-time data to help successfully launch new products. It allows companies to proactively promote products before launch, contract the sales cycle to get physicians adopting faster, exploit short windows of market exclusivity, manage the adoption process against competing products, keep promotional activities aligned with customer needs, and manage campaigns in real-time to address adoption stalls. Closed-loop marketing provides an innovative solution to execute, track, and adapt key commercialization strategies throughout a product's lifecycle.
Pharma launch adoption stall case - At Least the Kool Aid Tasted GoodDavid Delong
This document summarizes the case study of the new product launch of Oxytrol, an overactive bladder treatment, by Watson Pharmaceuticals from 2001-2008. It describes how Watson had high expectations for $200 million in peak annual sales but the product faced challenges in adoption. While it saw initial uptake, prescriptions stalled after a few months. Though Watson continued optimistic projections, by 2005 Oxytrol only achieved a 2.2% market share and showed little organic growth thereafter. The launch was ultimately deemed unsuccessful as sales failed to meet goals.
Utilizing Social Media for New Product LaunchDavid Delong
The document discusses how pharmaceutical companies can utilize social media for new product commercialization, both before and after launch, highlighting opportunities for customer research to better understand prescribing behaviors, promoting products to early adopters in the pre-launch phase, and managing the experience trial of new medications post-launch through social media engagement and influence. The role of social media is presented as a way to supplement traditional marketing approaches and engage physicians through peer-to-peer discussion of clinical problems and treatment options.
