BUSINESS PROCESS
What is business process?
A Business process is a series of steps performed by a group of stakeholders to achieve a
concrete goal. It is a backbone of an organization.

4. Sender transmits

Process
1. Sender has an idea:
It means that sender has many ideas and he has to choose what types message he
has to send to the audience.
2. Sender Encodes the idea in a message:
It means that once sender has chosen what types of message to send then he has to
convert his idea into appropriate message by choosing appropriate words.
3. Sender Produces the message in a medium:
Mediums are the middle sources through you deliver your message to the audience.
The message can be oral, written, symbolic or nonverbal.
4. Sender Transmit a message through a channel:
Channels are the way you convey your message. These channels include verbal such
as telephone, and face-to-face conversations as well as non-verbal such as E-mail
and text messaging.
5. Audience receive the message:
It means that audience has received the message in the form of hearing, seeing, or
feeling.
6. Audience decodes the message:
In this step the receiver converts the message into thoughts and tries to analyze and
understand it.
7. Audience response to the message:
Response means that audience has correctly understood the message and Reacting
to the sender message.
8. Audience provides feedback to the sender:
The final step of business process is feedback. Feedback means receiver’s response
to sender’s message. It ensures that the receiver has correctly understood the
message.
