The document discusses plans to re-stimulate the A-35-10 #2 well in the Citronelle oil field. It provides background on the field and well, identifies the A-35-10 #2 as a candidate for re-fracturing based on its production history and location. Production forecasting estimates the well could see a 20% increase in production from a successful re-fracture. An economic analysis of 24 cases estimates positive returns depending on production rates and decline curves used. The proposed workover and re-fracturing plan aims to stimulate additional zones in the well.

This document summarizes the credentials and roof coating products of Neogard, a leading producer of elastomeric coating membranes. Neogard has over 45 years of experience innovating polymeric coating technologies. Their fluid-applied roof coating systems form seamless, cool roof membranes for low-slope roofs. These coatings improve energy efficiency by reflecting sunlight, helping to lower building temperatures and cooling costs. Neogard coatings can extend the life of existing roofing materials, reducing waste and costs compared to replacement.
Great Western Coatings applies premium reflective roof coatings that weatherproof and extend the life of industrial facility roofs. Their cool roof coatings reflect UV and water damage while providing energy savings. For Seneca Foods facilities in Yakima and Sunnyside, WA, a cool roof coating application allowed energy savings on warehouse cooling costs without disrupting daily operations. The coating was applied to over 300,000 square feet of roof and lowered average roof temperature by 100 degrees Fahrenheit while securing a 15-year warranty and rebate from Pacific Power. Cool roof coatings significantly reduce cooling costs and allow facilities to qualify for energy rebates.

Options Possibilities and Choices for Roof Upgarding or Replacement
Stat-X aerosol fire suppression systems provide an effective and economical alternative to traditional special hazard fire protection systems like dry chemical, CO2, and halocarbon gas systems. Stat-X systems have significantly lower maintenance costs over 10 years compared to other systems because they do not require distribution piping, pressurized agent vessels, or complex maintenance tasks. Stat-X systems generate an ultra-fine suspension of highly ionized potassium particles upon actuation that effectively suppresses fires without requiring expensive installation or ongoing maintenance.
This document summarizes Garland Sustainable Roofing Solutions' portfolio of high-performance and sustainable roofing products. It discusses five key ways roofing can be sustainable: through recycled materials, recyclable materials, extended service life, efficient resource use, and renewable energy. The portfolio includes products that provide sustainability through these categories, such as vegetative roofs, reflective coatings, and solar panels. The document emphasizes longevity, reflectivity, vegetative roofs, and photovoltaic systems as particularly important sustainable solutions.
The document discusses how advanced oil and gas production processes like SAGD and fracking have increased requirements for lining systems that protect infrastructure from high heat, chemicals, and abrasion. Traditional lining materials are insufficient for these conditions and often fail. A new high-performance lining called Enviroline 405HTR was developed to address these issues with properties like chemical resistance up to 300°F, abrasion resistance, fast cure times, and low VOCs. It has been extensively tested and shown effective in real-world applications. Proper surface preparation and technical support are also important to maximize lining performance for oil and gas facilities.

In this time of rising temperatures, abundant rain and socioeconomic imbalance, this seminar will suggest that green roofs are a powerful green building Best Management Practices (BMPs).
This presentation will outline the application, feasibility, benefits and challenges of green roofs in commercial application and put several widely debated questions into perspective: modular trays v. contiguous installations, upfront cost v. long-term investment, green roof v. other options, public access v. limited access, etc. Using local, national and international examples, she will explore green roof issues re: longevity, energy savings, stormwater management, maintenance, incentives and LEED points.
The three learning objectives are a) to understand green roof ROI for commercial buildings, b) to compare stormwater strategies of green roofs v underground cisterns and porous pavers and c) to compare green roofs to a solar roof or a white reflective roof.
Green roofs are a means to lowering the overall ambient temperature, reducing longterm costs on our buildings, sequestering CO2 and producing O2, improving the quality of life in our cities and boosting our green economy. Come learn more about green roofs at this seminar on May 7th.

The Effect of Maintenance on Total Cost of Ownership
Restorations of mature roofs that have been properly maintained provide significant savings, costing anywhere
from 75 to 84 percent less than a total tear-off and replacement, depending on application factors such as the
type and condition of the underlying deck, and regional factors such as variable labor costs. In addition, since
restorations are not considered replacements under the International Building Code (IBC), they are not counted
towards the two-roof maximum between tear-offs.

U.S. average – will vary by region due to the variable costs of labor, bonding, etc.
The costs of owning a high-performance roof dramatically decrease over its 30-year life-cycle when proactively
maintained. As shown here, reactive, rather than proactive maintenance, can increase life-cycle costs by nearly
25 percent. Performing leak repairs only after leaks have been detected, and allowing the roof to be
continually neglected, can increase life-cycle costs by over 40 percent.2
2
Life-cycle calculations are based on a 50,000 square foot modified bitumen built-up roof system with an initial cost of
$12.00 per square foot, using the Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) of 9.18 percent as the discount rate, and anticipating
material cost increases of 5.5 percent and labor cost increases of 4.5 percent. Materials are assumed to be 40 percent and
labor is assumed to be 60 percent of the costs for all work performed.
