Your Servant Profile What is your PASSION? What are your SPIRITUAL GIFTS? What is your PERSONAL STYLE?
Where Does This Lead? How do you feel about your SERVANT PROFILE? Do you envision some possible new directions for your life? Can you see where God may be leading you? Are you feeling inspired?
Passion vs. Spiritual Gifts PASSION :  Identifies the desire of your heart to lead you in a particular direction SPIRITUAL GIFTS:  Divinely given task abilities that when applied can lead to the fulfillment of your PASSION. ...a review
Spiritual Gifts &  Personal Style Personal Style PERSONAL STYLE is a means by which one is able to exercise their SPIRITUAL GIFTS It does not EXCLUDE one from putting their SPIRITUAL GIFTS to work. There are many roads that lead to the same destination!

Exercise #1 Based on your  SERVANT PROFILE :  PASSION, SPIRITUAL GIFTS and PERSONAL STYLE Identify 3 possible areas in the church where you could envision serving Share those ideas with your group Discuss a few examples with the larger group

Leadership Requirements Placing the “right” people in the “right” positions Provide: Training Support, Oversight & Feedback Encouragement Prayers
Take a Spiritual Snapshot Look into the mirror and ask yourself:  “How spiritually grown up am I?” Am I a  seeker? A  New/Young Believer? A  Stable/Growing Believer? A  Leading/Guiding Believer?
Exercise #2  Assess your Servant Maturity Where do you fall on your “Spiritual Journey”? Discuss at your table your Servant Maturity and where you might best serve the church in your current place. What will it take you to move to the next stage of your journey?
Seasons of Service Where you are with your life will influence your ministry Whether you’re a student, newly married, a new parent, divorced, caring for an elderly parent, loss of a spouse Your work (or unemployment) Determine both “how and where you serve” and “how you balance your life with your service”.
Seasons of Service Seasons should not be a “reason” not to serve Each of us are a part of the body of Christ Missing one of us represents a missing part of the holy body. Exercise :  Take a look at your datebook Where are your priorities? Are you making time for service to God?
