Shirley Lorraine Macklin passed away on September 23, 2010 at the age of 75. She is survived by her husband Donald Norman Macklin, her children Bruce, Anne, David, Neale and Joanne, and her grandchildren Jarrod, Mitchell, Connor and Alex. A celebration of Shirley's life will be held on September 29, 2010 at the Palm Chapel at the Macquarie Park Crematorium in North Ryde commencing at 2:15 pm.
