On Thursday, March 11, 2010 Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts held the annual Volunteer Recognition Dinner which honored over 100 terrific volunteers, with eight different types of recognitions. Recognitions included: Membership Year Pins, Corporate Collaborations, Keystone Award, President's Award, Appreciation Pins, Sustained Service Awards 5 & 10 Year, Honor Pins, and Thanks Badge & Thanks Badge II. A very special thanks to ALL of our amazing volunteers!

Dr. Dixie Melillo has worked tirelessly for her community as both a physician and an advocate. She was celebrated at the 25th Annual Shrimp Boil which supports The Rose, the nonprofit breast health organization she co-founded with Dorothy Gibbons.
