The Children's Literature Association of the Philippines (CLAPI) is inviting colleagues to a forum called "Reading Beyond Borders" to be held on July 16, 2013 from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon at P. Gomez Elementary School Auditorium in Sta. Cruz, Manila. The forum will focus on building language proficiency through reading, creating awareness of the K to 12 reading program, and adopting reading strategies to instill a love of books and reading. Registration is Php300 and includes snacks and a certificate. Contact Melba A. Tablizo, Vice President and Forum Chair, or any CLAPI officer or director for reservations or details.

National Children’s Book Day with the theme : Basa mga
Kapatid, the Children’s Literature Association of the Philippines, Inc. (CLAPI)
is pleased to invite you to a forum on “Reading Beyond Borders” to be held at
