I don’t know how much you know about this disaster But I do know you will be astounded
5.12 Massive Earthquake in China Up to May 15th, death toll 19,500 ; severely injured 102,100, missing 12,300 This number is by no means final… It is estimated that this number will increase to 50,000.
I don’t know how many towns were destroyed. But I do know tens of thousands of people lost their homes.
I don’t know what this house looked like; but I do know this lonely man can no longer live there.
I don’t know how many schools collapsed. But I do know at that time all the classrooms were full of students.
I don’t know how many grandparents pick up their grandkids from school everyday; but I do know some of them will never be able to do so.
I don’t know whether this mother can pull her son out; but I do know she is lucky enough to find her son.
I don’t know whose school bag this is; but I do know its owner is still under the debris.
I don’t know whether this mother finally saw her child alive. But I do know the only child is the greatest treasure of all families.
But I do know this mother has already been there, crying for ever. I don’t know when this child’s body was found,
I don’t know how many people are still buried in the ruins . But I do know most of them can not survive.
I don’t know whether it is a boy or a girl in the ruins; but I do know the hands were eager to reach her/his parents again.
They don’t know what time it is now. But they do know it is a horrible time they can never get through.
I don’t know whether they knew each other before But I do know they are both in the deepest grief.
I don’t know who the man is looking for. But I do know the chances are very slim
I don’t know how long they have been crying; But I do know their hearts are pierced
I don’t know whether this little girl can survive or not; But I do know the wound in her heart will never heal .
I don’t know how long this boy has been there under the debris; but I do know he is lucky enough to be found alive.
She doesn’t know whether her own son can be saved; But I do know she is now trying to save other’s son.
I don’t know what this gesture implies; need 200 CC more blood or 2 more victims? But I do know it doesn’t mean “victory”.
I don’t know whether the driver has already escaped; But I do know the road was already completely cut off.
I don’t know where they are heading for. But I do know they have no home to return.
I don’t know how this man escaped from the collapsed building. But I do know this will be his nightmare for ever.
I don’t know where they can go; But I do know they all want to survive.
I don’t know where this is. But I do know it is not home.
I don’t know whether these babies know what is going on; But I do know when they grow up their parents will tell them the story.
I don’t know what they are thinking about. But I do know they are still praying for some one.
I don’t know whether they can fall asleep in for of the railway station, But I do know they have no other choice
I don’t know how many people there are; But I do know they are all dying for water, food, tent and clothes.
Offer your hand, warm the despairing hearts of those who are still buried in the debris. You can help them survive! Thank you for your generous donation.
