2. Okay, I am not going to say where I saw this.
But a grown man was being treated like a child
by his supervisor on the job.
Now I know that things can be misunderstood
sometimes.
This was a clear case of not caring and being a
team player.

egos.
If you feel you suddenly have a position that you
are too good to do the little mans work, well you
have already lost.
Employees want a manager that will rough out the
good and bad times with them.

4. I can not tell you how many times as a
manager, I have gotten down in the dirty
clothes and worked.
My favorite story was a manager at
McDonalds that told me she was too
important to clean toilets. The days she
said that she lost all my respect.
