Alongwithaforementionedjobtask, Cheryl isresponsibleforall documentationinquiriesor
discrepanciesforone of ourlargestengine lines. Herabilitytomulti-taskandhertime
managementskillshave made herafocal pointaroundour most critical process. Cheryl isalso
responsible fortrainingnewemployeesonthe above processes,asshe isverypersonable and
communicateswell withothers.
On topof all these jobfunctions, Cherylisalsoresponsibleformanagingthe Outlookqueue forthe
data team,whichcontainsthe thousandsof requestsreceivedeachyear.Thislevel of volumeand
complexityof folderlayoutrequiresanadvancedskill setinMicrosoftOutlook.Managingthis
queue requiresanindividual thatisalsoable tomake decisionsontheirown,withminimal
supervision(whichshe doeswell).
Cheryl is reliable, mature, and accountable. Her attendance with CTTS has been perfect, and she
has always made herself available after hours if support was needed. She has an attention for
deadlines,and providesexcellenceinherwork. Cheryl isateam player and is well liked by her co-
workers. She was trusted to provide extensive training to new employees in her area for these
