This project aims to reduce youth unemployment in Montenegro by developing the tourism sector and encouraging entrepreneurship. Some key facts about Montenegro include a population of 620,029 people and a youth unemployment rate of 37.1%. The project's vision is to create more jobs in tourism year-round and support young entrepreneurs. Proposed solutions include improving education and job training programs, internships for students, and fostering small businesses. The project expects to employ 3,000 young people and engage 12,000 youth over 2,500 hours.
