2. What is Hydro-Excavation
Hydro-Excavation is the process of using high pressure water to break up the
earth, turning it into a slurry while simultaneously removing it by a high pow-
ered vacuum. When utilized properly the method is a safe, non-destructive
means of excavation.

It is not a replacement to traditional
