2. The request for advice
• Your friend, who travel all the time to
exotics paradises, tells you: Dear you
have great experience on business.
• Please look at my corp, for me it is quite
boring and it is located far away abroad.
• But, please go direct to the knot. I want to
be warned if everything is OK.

3. You wonder
• My friend doesn´t want a complete study.
Probably he will not read more than two or
three pages.
• What I have to do?. Forget SWOT / PEST
/ Projections analysis.
• I will travel there, with a fixed idea; "CASH
IS THE KING"

4. Landing
• …afterwards I will ask the financial budget
for the next week. The next Monday I will
ask for a deviations analysis, comparing
the executed budget with the projected
one.
• Every week I will check the treasurer's
explanations with the respective
managers.

5. Working hard
• The first week you will know if the corp is underwater or
floating.
• The second week, following the budgets revisions, you
will know if the management has enough control over
incomes and expenditures.
• The third week, rethinking the previous budgets
revisions, you will know if the managers work as a team
and if they are following or not the business strategy
thought by your friend.
• The forth week you must visit some key people. the
president of the city chamber of commerce and industry,
somebody of the local government and greet the
employees union.

6. Just before give a big embrace to
my friend.
• Going back to see my friend, while writing
the two pages letter, I realize that to get a
corp. radiography, "CASH IS THE KING"
it is mandatory.
• UPS !! I must check budgets executed
delivered by the treasurer with the banking
account statements.
