Casadielles are a traditional winter dessert from Asturias, Spain made with puff pastry stuffed with a brandy, sugar, and nut filling. To make the casadielles, bakers first create puff pastry by mixing flour, butter, water, vinegar, egg, and salt, folding and rolling the dough multiple times. They then take the puff pastry dough from the fridge, shape it, add the brandy, sugar, and ground nut stuffing, and bake them.
