This document summarizes the founder and project manager role for a pre-startup company called Canadian Care from 2015 to 2016. The individual developed a business model to export Canadian health products to Chinese consumers through a seamless online and retail experience. Market research was conducted including an industry analysis to plan short and long-term China entry tactics. Secondary research was gathered and tools were used to search the China market and translate findings into Mandarin to adapt strategies for the local market and build relationships with Chinese advisors.
