Our Portfolio Lending products provide Account Executives and brokers with a unique advantage, as
they’re ours alone. Since Caliber Home Loans is well-capitalized, servicing almost 100% of the loans
we originate, we’re free to design non-Agency loan solutions that will enable you to serve groups of
underserved borrowers.

Jumbo Alternative – Loans up to $2 million with LTVs up to 90%, DTI ratios up to 50%, asset
depletion qualifying and an interest-only option.
Homeowner’s Access – Designed for borrowers with a history of 30- to 60-day late mortgage
payments, this loan also features shorter seasoning for bankruptcies/foreclosures and higher
DTI ratios.
Fresh Start – This product eliminates seasoning for recent bankruptcies, foreclosures, deed-in-lieu
and short sales.
Investment – Loans up to $2 million may be available for borrowers. There is no limit on the
number of investment/rental properties they may own.
Foreign National – This product can finance second homes for non-U.S. citizens. Local and
international credit scores may be accepted.
