BIM Modeling
Virtual construction of project in BIM enables
Independent Review of the Construction Plans &
specifications. This identifies discrepancies in
drawings and all constructability issues at the
preconstruction stage itself. BIM changes the
overall concept of project visualization and
construction analysis.

improvise the whole construction process.

Clash Detection & Resolution
Quantity take-off
One of the major advantages of BIM modeling is its ability of detecting probable
clashes. We generate a fully coordinated BIM model after resolving the clashes
among all the disciplines (Architecture, Structure, Concrete, Mechanical,
Electrical and Plumbing, Fire or Protection etc.). Clashes are identified and
reported to client and subsequently resolved through meeting/ sharing 3D clash
snapshot. Clashes are resolved by re-routing utilities, changing elevation and re-
sizing.
BIM modeling generates accurate quantities of all modeled elements. These
quantities are directly proportional to changes in the BIM model. Quantity take-
off reports can be formatted in Excel (a best tool to fondle all the time … isn’t
it?) Quantities can be generated for a specific time period or project phase to
help manage material procurement and save inventory costs.
