Université Paris IX Dauphine, septembre 1993 L'objectif de ce mémoire est d'entreprendre une analyse chiffrée de la structure et de la performance du secteur des câblo-opérateurs américains entre les deux cadres réglementaires de 1984 et de 1992 afin d'évaluer les conséquences de la réglementation américaine. Nous évaluerons donc la concentration et le pouvoir de marché de l'industrie du câble grâce aux instruments de mesure adéquats.

Réseaux, n° 80, novembre/décembre 1996 Cet article tente d'appliquer les principes de théorie économique au cas de la télévision par câble en France. A l'aide des méthodes d'analyse sectorielle de Michael Porter, il établit un bilan des forces concurrentielles qui exercent dans l'ensemble, en 1996, une pression peu importante sur le secteur des câblo-opérateurs. Cette analyse met à jour un important dérèglement des mécanismes concurrentiels : les câblo-opérateurs sont des monopoles locaux dont les prix ne sont pas réglementés, la concurrence des autres supports multicanaux est limitée alors que celle, forte, de la télévision hertzienne semble n'exercer aucune pression sur les prix des câble-opérateurs, les autorisations exclusives d'exploitation de réseaux câblés annullent toute menace d'entrée potentielle, le pouvoir de négociation des chaînes non intégrées verticalement est faible et les abonnés subissent les comportements monopolistiques des grands opérateurs. Une meilleure efficacité et un meilleur développement du marché du câble pourraient provenir théoriquement de l'introduction d'une concurrence frontale, d'une réglementation des prix des câblo-opérateurs et du développement d'une concurrence exercée par d'autres supports de distribution multicanaux.

Réseaux, n° 72-73, juillet/octobre 1995 Cet article s'intéresse au marché de la télévision par câble aux Etats-Unis pendant la période de déréglementation s inscrivant entre les deux Cable Act de 1984 et 1992. Il propose une évaluation parallèle de la structure du secteur et de sa performance en termes de mesure de la concentration horizontale et du pouvoir de marché des câblo-opérateurs. Les indicateurs utilisés montrent que la concentration et le pouvoir de marché se sont accrus au cours de la période. D'une part, la concentration absolue s'approche lentement mais sûrement du seuil critique des autorités antitrust, l'intensité oligopolistique s'est renforcée pour faire émerger un oligopole à quatre membres dominé par TCI et Time Warner ; d'autre part, le pouvoir de marché déjà élevé en 1984 a atteint des niveaux très élevés avant la reréglementation de 1992

Effective Application Security in Software Delivery lifecycle using Deployment Firewall and DBOM The modern software delivery process (or the CI/CD process) includes many tools, distributed teams, open-source code, and cloud platforms. Constant focus on speed to release software to market, along with the traditional slow and manual security checks has caused gaps in continuous security as an important piece in the software supply chain. Today organizations feel more susceptible to external and internal cyber threats due to the vast attack surface in their applications supply chain and the lack of end-to-end governance and risk management. The software team must secure its software delivery process to avoid vulnerability and security breaches. This needs to be achieved with existing tool chains and without extensive rework of the delivery processes.
