This document is a Certificate of Competency issued by the Government of the Republic of the Philippines to Renante Padaboc Ladeza. nianning requirements of the Administration. The original of this Certificate must be kept available in
accordance with Regulation ll2, paragraph 1't of the Convention while serving on a ship.
