- These are all great projects Oriented to the sun, insulation, integrated w nature, solar panels These are all nice features For climate, we need to see more than the picture of the building See the whole story of the building missing some key pieces We need a way to go beyond our current categories for ‘green’, beyond net-zero impact, to a new category called Net-Positive Net-Positive, in practice
