I began my career as a Sports Therapist and Personal Trainer 19 years ago. Also trained in the
clinical application of Hypnotherapy, in 1999 I further developed my ability to enhance a
person’s motivational strategies with the use of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP). In 2002 I
up-dated my sports therapy skills to an Advanced level. I had 8 years Clinical experience at my
Sports Injury Clinic and Hypnotherapy Room in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, which was
established in 1997 until 2005. I opened his second Clinic; The Freedom From Pain Centre in
2006 – 09. In 2004 I was appointed Education Manager at Active Health Group (one of the
UK’s leading independent training providers) located in Manchester. My website

Happy to instruct others and pass on my Skills, Knowledge and Experience, with almost 20
years teaching experience within the subjects of: Massage, (Body, sports & remedial) Advanced
Sports Therapy, Myofascial Release Techniques, Anatomy, Physiology & Kinesiology, Soft tissue
and Joint injury types; including Preventative and Treatment protocols, at various Colleges,
Universities and Dance venues around the UK. Including; members of Sports teams and
Sporting individuals, including well-known Professionals and Celebrities.
I regularly review new text books, guest lecture and attend various CPD (Continued
professional development) venues around the UK.
