process. It is based on the theory that a
person can live without food or water.
No one can live without water for the fact that
if we were to remove all traces of water from
this planet – all life and this planet would
cease to exist. I can also assure you that the
previous statement I made is scientifically
proven.

by some with the intention of losing weight. It
is also sometimes “prescribed”. Regular
fasting is when a person goes for an amount
of time without eating food and is limited to
water and other possible ingredients.
