 Final inspection of loose laminations, assemblies(stator rotor) & die cast rotors.
 Studying the customer’s drawings,PFD,DIR.FMEA,CCP
 Checking & giving approval for first of sample.
 Training & guiding the sub-ordinates.
 Attending customer complaints.
 PREPARES QUALITY INSPECTION TEMPLATES FOR EASY INSPECTION OF INWARD, IN-PROCESS &
FINAL QUALITY INSPECTION
 Qualification of first of samples in inward and in-process
 Co-coordinating with production dept for controlling rejections & problems
 Familiar in using venire calipers, micrometers(inside outside up to 1500mm),bore gauges,slipgauges,bevel
