1) 10 strategies of world-class HR organizations such as having a focus on strategic workforce planning, operating at lower costs, and achieving higher levels of automation.
2) An overview of recent UK law changes affecting parental leave, sick pay, and redundancy pay.
3) Six tips for winning job interviews such as generating interview questions beforehand and practicing answers out loud.

Ponente: D. Gabriel Ocejo, Ingeniero,
50 Shades of Green was presented on the annual Agile Practitioners 2016 conference as part of Lighting talks.
Let’s suppose your project have a nightly build and it’s mostly green. Is it good enough? How you can improve your team’s code quality? How to measure code quality? How to make it “greener”? The session will be focused on code metrics, the ways to measure them and to improve over time. The session will be presented on TeamCity and Visual Studio.
During the session we will present the concepts of static code analysis and code coverage. We will demonstrate how to integrate them in our CI process using TeamCity. In addition, we’ll demonstrate how we can benefit from their results by integration with Visual Studio. Finally, we will see how to make sure our code get better over time by setting ourselves goals and thresholds.

This document summarizes the key topics and messages of the 1971 papal encyclical Octogesima Adveniens by Pope Paul VI. The encyclical addressed issues like urbanization, the role of women and youth in society, discrimination, employment, and media. It called for greater social justice, defending human dignity for all people including women and marginalized groups, and for Christians and society to help those in need and protect their basic rights and freedom.
The document discusses unit testing using the Spock framework. It begins with an introduction to unit testing and its benefits. It then provides an overview of Spock, explaining that it is a unit testing framework that utilizes Groovy syntax to make tests easy to write and read. The document gives examples of test structure in Spock using sections like given, when, then. It also demonstrates how to create mocks, check interactions with mocks, match invocations, check execution order, manage exceptions, and use features like shared variables and stubbing. Overall, the summary introduces Spock and provides examples of key features to illustrate how to write unit tests using this framework.
While cost-per-install (CPI) may have dominated as the go-to metric for mobile marketers, we’re starting to see media buyers opting for more nuanced metrics like cost-per-engagement or CPE to measure the performance quality of their mobile campaigns. ironSource VP Media Oren Cohen covered the increasing importance of quality based metrics such as CPE, the advantages and disadvantages of the metric, and how to implement CPE in your app marketing campaigns.

It is not to complicated to keep new project with good code quality for half year. Maybe, for one year. But what if team works on some project for years? Or even ”better”: you need to support and grow large project after another team. Presentation describes Continuous Inspection, main measures of code quality that will make your life better, continuous inspection and how to cook it with SonarQube.
