This document promotes the benefits of a PVC fence for homes in Redondo Beach. PVC fences require little to no maintenance as they are resistant to rot, mold, mildew, and termites. In contrast, wood, metal, and aluminum fences need regular upkeep like staining, cleaning, repairing, and replacing damaged sections. PVC fences can be customized with different styles and colors to match properties and last significantly longer than other materials without any costly or time-consuming maintenance. The company Vinyl Concepts highly recommends PVC fencing for homeowners looking for a long-lasting and durable fence option.

Xeriscaping: the Complete How to Guide - Albuquerque, New MexicoEric851q
The document provides a comprehensive guide to xeriscaping or water-wise landscaping in Albuquerque, New Mexico, including tips on planning, planting, irrigation, and a plant list with over 40 trees, shrubs, flowers, and grasses that thrive in the local climate with minimal watering once established.
Planting trees requires considering overhead and underground utility lines. Tall trees should be planted at least 35 feet from buildings and overhead lines to avoid conflicts as they mature. Medium trees up to 40 feet tall can frame structures if sufficient space is available. Short trees under 20 feet are best near underground lines which should always be located before digging. Proper planning and tree selection ensures trees are placed appropriately.

Proposal for Bordeaux Apartment
Strengths and Perfections Your gate entrances look wonderful. Your trees are
magnificent and provide a great covering of shade for all visitors and residents. The
shrubs are mostly out of the way, and provide a great garden effect in the five walkways
branching out to the east side parking lot. The entrance to the office has good amount of
shrubs and is quite appealing for common visitors.
Weaknesses and Areas of Improvement There were some portions of your trees on the
west side that are under 10" tall and can easily scrape any man above 6" tall or a person
carrying a large load. There are many great arrangements of flowers and shrubs but there
are some empty spots as if the landscape design had some missing part of the design.
There are some inferior plants in the front that are in pots, that can be substitute with
some Firecrackers. and Gerber Daises The leaves that fall on the sidewalk near the
parking could be sweep more regularly. Many of the flowers need water. Also many of
the pots throughout the walkway are empty and appear as trashcans for dirt.
Threats and Safeguard Solutions The great landscape at Bordeaux has many high
hopes to make this place an ideal and iconic living place for our fellow renters. As
mentioned, in order to prevent entanglement with brush and trees this must be addressed
to prevent any injuries or scratches to our fellow residents. Much of the plants you have

are well watered, but some have very little. The property plants appears to have a few
hundred of loss.
Opportunities and Goals Our plan for your arrangements is in the front to have
firecrackers as the center mantle of your entrance towards your place. Plant small
flowers along side the walkway on the east side to fill in the naked gaps with mulch
which keep the plants well-watered.. Have a regular weekly clean up on the sidewalk.
Clear all branches interfering in walkways. Plant some native grass in the front replacing
the dry grass from before. The French-titled of Bordeaux appearance s will stand on solid
ground with the new details and great landscape you have to offer residents and your
future.
Proposal Amount: $976.48 per month
