sq ft landmark building stays true to the
architectural and historical character of the
robust DUMBO Historic District. Once a
metal factory, the newly renovated venue
boasts 27 ft high ceilings, skylights and
original brick wrought Iron beams.

$10,000 for any needed set up or tear down day depending on timing.

10. IMPORTANT
Terms and Conditions for all BK Venues properties:
Half of the rental fee along with a signed agreement is required to book a date and space.
A $1000 refundable security deposit and remaining rental fee must be paid 30 days prior
to your event. The Dumbo Spot has a $500 refundable security deposit.
Rental fee is for a 14 hour rental duration. Access to venue starts at 11am; guest
portion ends at 1am. Vendor loadout and cleanup from 1am-2am. The Dumbo Spot
rental is for a 12 hour duration due to neighborhood noise ordinances, from 10am to
10pm; vendor loadout and cleanup from 10pm-11pm
All guests must be off the property by 1am
A general liability insurance is required for all events at our locations; a liquor liability compo-
nent must be checked off if you wish to serve alcohol at your event.
There are no restrictions on vendors except for valet and security should your event require
these services. The vendors of your choice are responsible for providing the food, staff, linen,
glassware, flatware, and other ancillary components for your event.
Caterers will have access to our kitchen prep area for set-up and storage.
All prep spaces are equipped with running water, sink, fridge, some
counter space and electricity.
All equipment must be delivered and picked up on the event day.
If renting chairs and/or tables through BK Venues, prices are $3 per chair and
$10 per 60 - inch round table (plus tax), except for 26 Bridge; 60-inch round tables,
30-inch round cocktail tables, and Chauvari chairs are included in the rental.
Client is responsible for set-up and breakdown of rented chairs and tables.
Event space must be cleaned and emptied of all garbage by the caterer or client.
We offer a garbage removal assistance service for $15 a bag.
