This document describes a binary clock circuit with hour and minute displays using LEDs, an alarm function, and a timer special function. The clock is controlled by a PIC16F84A microcontroller running off a 32768 Hz crystal. It uses 5 push buttons to set the time, alarm, and enable/disable special functions. A cell phone charger supplies power to the circuit instead of a transformer and bridge for simplicity. Interested readers can find more details on the designer's webpage to get the code file or contact him directly.
