 Completed work with a finger printing, card reader cradle company out of Australia on a business proposal for various smart phone
applications. Targeted medium food distribution companies with very strict inventory requirements.

 Originally Wave7Optics but later acquired by Enablence- promoted from Director of Software Engineering.
 Enablence designed, manufactured and sold telecommunications equipment that proved solutions for Fiber to the Home and Fiber
to the Business applications.
 Executive position in charge of the engineering program for the systems division. The product line included Optical Line Terminals,
Optical Network Terminals, Element Management Systems, copper access products, routers and switches.
 Management of hardware development, embedded software development, element management system development and quality
assurance.
 Built a multi-site team that included 2 North American locations with 45 engineers and an offshore location (India) with 35
engineers.
 Lead the product rationalization and definition of the merged product line as a result of the Pannaway acquisition.
 Developed on off shore development center in India and realized substantial cost savings as a result.
